SUMMARY
Badgerland Financial needed a creative way to attract existing and perspective clients to their diverse portfolio of loan offerings. The solution? An animated, interactive tool that leads potential customers to the unique Badgerland loan that is right for them.
Finances are a personal and complicated conversation, and Badgerland’s farming and rural audience proved to be uncomfortable with initiating these conversations with a loan officer, so this tool needed to mend the gap. It was important to keep the questions simple and the animations engaging. The result was a wild success that both drove sales among new clients and encouraged cross-sell opportunities among existing clients.

RESULTS
While quantitative research wasn’t performed for this initiative, Badgerland considered this tool to be an overwhelming success. In fact, this tool became a permanent part of the Badgerland sales tool kit as a way for Badgerland loan officers and their rural audiences to come together to speak a common language. Through this tool, more farmers and rural land owners could find the loans they needed and Badgerland Financial was better able to communicate to their new and perspective client roster.
